About the Journal
How much of pregnancy does the Self-Advocacy Pregnancy Journal cover?
The journal supports you from pre-pregnancy planning (whether natural or medically assisted) through each week of pregnancy and into postpartum recovery up to 6 weeks after delivery. It was intentionally designed to walk with you through the full journey.
Is this medical advice?
The Self-Advocacy Pregnancy Journal and Intentional Birth Plan are not a substitute for medical advice. They are tools designed to help you organize your thoughts, preferences, and questions so you can have informed conversations with your provider.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information once your journal has shipped.
How is the journal shipped?
We ship via USPS Media Mail to keep costs affordable while ensuring safe delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, but we may offer international shipping in the future.
Do you accept returns?
Because the journal is designed to be written in and used as a personal health record, we do not accept returns once it has shipped.
If your journal arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Digital Birth Plan
How does the Intentional Birth Plan download work?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your file. The birth plan is delivered as a PDF that can be filled out digitally or printed and completed by hand. We recommend saving the file after downloading.
Is the birth plan editable?
Yes. The PDF is designed to be completed digitally or printed and filled out by hand.
Can I return or refund the digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Can I share the birth plan?
Your purchase includes a personal-use license. Please do not share, distribute, or resell the file. If you know someone who would benefit, we encourage them to purchase their own copy.
